The embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia clarifies a statement of its ambassador, Issa Bin Yousef Al-Duhailan in regard to his speech on Aramco a few days back.
“Private sources stated that concerning what His Excellency Ambassador Issa bin Yousef Al-Duhailan stated regarding Saudi Aramco’s establishment of an oil refinery, His Excellency explained that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has all the necessary capabilities to supply the project with crude oil based on commercial terms of supply.
His Excellency also emphasized that Saudi Aramco’s investment plans do not include investing in the refinery construction project in Bangladesh.”
